Custom orders usually take 3-6 weeks .

On custom orders I will send a measurement chart with detailed areas to be measured. I suggest a professional  seamstress or someone proficeint in sewing as these are the measurements I will make the garment to and am not reasponsible for incorrect measurements. 

My goal is to be corrrect the first time but as every ones body type is different an alteration may be needed.

Customs require a deposit, I will determine what that will be. Customs are not returnable.

Any online garment purchased from western Pleasures ready made gets a free alteration if needed before I send it out.

Any ready made from western Pleasures ( that has not been altered) is returnable for a full refund minus shipping fees and pay pal fees if applicable. Please contact me if you are returning the garment at horsemamie@aol.com

Shipping fees are calculated according to state/country and insurance fees.

Garments must be in the same condition I have sent them out. Returns are within 5 days from the day you receive them.
